NOTICE-----SNOW-----SNOW ----and more SNOW
Because the Saybrook area picked up so far anywhere between 3 to 4 feet of snow, and more is expected,
The Board has decided to cancel the December Monthly meeting.
We would like everyone to be safe and not try come out to the club if weather conditions are poor.
If a member has any thing they need addressed soon, please contact a board member and the board can resolve the Item.
For the Trap and Skeet participants, those fields will have to be cleared before the events can happen.
We will be working on clearing the fields as soon as the weather clears, we will post when the fields get clear.
Tuesday night Archery 12-3 cancelled because of poor weather.
Wends AM Trap 12-4 cancelled because of poor weather.
Wends PM Skeet 12-4 cancelled because of poor weather.
Sunday Skeet 12-1 cancelled because of poor weather.
Saturday Trap 11-30 cancelled because of poor weather, hope everyone stays warm and safe.
Some Daily Club Events may be cancelled because of Poor weather conditions,
We will try to post on the website as soon as that decision is made.

The Treasurer (Dan) is going to send out the dues bills out as soon as possible, For working members, please check to confirm the correct hours are recorded and if There a discrepancy, please contact the board.
Payment can be made by mail (to the address on the invoice) by check , or in person by cash or check.
Members can pay their dues in person at the January or February monthly meeting.
Dan will be at the monthly meeting nights early at 5;00 pm for members who want to pay
In addition ,
Dan will be at the Madden house on Saturday January 18th and Saturday January 25th between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM to accept dues payments.
