Trap Cancelled Wednesday January 21 due to poor weather

To all Members and Visitors,

First off, the Board would like to wish everyone a happy Holiday season and a prosperous New Year.

2025 was a good year at ARGC,
We would like to thank everyone that came out to organize, run, participate, and help with the events.

Archery ( Youth and Adult)
Black Powder (Cap and Flintlock)
Decathlon / Summer Picnic
Hunter Safety (Regular state course and Youth Outdoor Weekend)
Youth fishing derby
Rifle shoots (ARA, ABRA, KYL, Dum Dum, ....)
Skeet (Regular practice days and the Summer League)
Trap (Regular practice days and Spring / Fall leagues)
pistol shoots
Venture crew (Youth Programs)
And More.....

The new storage building was completed and the equipment has a new home. It was a project that the membership were able to come and help out, and get to know some of the members that we had not met before (new and old).

The Rifle Range's parking lot was enlarged to provide more parking for the events down there.

The drainage around the Main Club house was installed and regrading of the surrounding soil was done.

The New Concrete Pad was poured at the picnic pavilion , and grading was done around the area.

In the beginning of the Year, we will be putting together a schedule for the various 2026 events, so please check back and mark some dates on your calendar.

As we all know, the shooting sports are going to rely on the future generations being given a chance to try and participate, so invite a person or group to come out and see what we are all about.

Some Daily Club Events may be cancelled because of Poor weather conditions, 

We would like everyone to be safe and not try come out to the club if weather conditions are poor.
If an Event is Delayed or Cancelled, We will try to post the information on the website as soon as that decision is made.

Please be careful if anyone goes to the club,

The Driveways (especially the rifle range hill), Parking areas and grounds are icy, because of the melting snow and ice.

We do not want anyone falling or getting stuck.

The Treasurer (Dan) will sent out the dues statements in the beginning of December and all should be mailed by the 15th.

For working members, please check to confirm the correct hours are recorded and if there is a discrepancy, please contact the board, if you were interested.

Payment can be made by mail (to the address on the invoice) by check , or in person by cash or check.

Members can pay their dues in person at the February (5th) or the March (5th) monthly meeting.

Dan will be at the monthly meeting nights early at 5;00 pm for members who want to pay before the meeting starts.

The Club has set up an Electronic Payment System, for anyone that would like to use it. Please contact a board member to get information.
